    Q: Is a deposit required?
    A: Yes — a 30-50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. This secures your place in our project schedule and allows us to begin planning and production.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, and secure online payments through Bill.com, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Please note that processing fees apply to credit and debit card payments. Specific payment details will be included with your invoice.

    Q: Do you offer refunds?
    A: Because our work is custom and collaborative, refunds are not offered once a project is underway. We prioritize clear communication and review cycles to ensure you’re confident in the final outcome.

  • Trades are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the service or value being offered. Because this work is my primary source of income, not all trade requests are a good fit.

  • Tips are always appreciated but never expected. All pricing already reflects the time, care, and costs involved in each service or event, so gratuity is completely optional.

    Logo & Brand Identity

    • Discovery + Concepting: 1–2 weeks

    • Draft Designs: 2–3 weeks after brief sign-off

    • Final Revisions & Files: 3–8 weeks total for most projects

    Graphic Design & Brand Materials

    • Simple assets (e.g., social graphics): ~1–3 weeks

    • Moderate projects (brochures, infographics): ~2–4 weeks

    • Complex/large pieces (multi-page decks, environmental graphics): ~4–8+ weeks

    (Industry norms suggest turnaround can vary widely based on scope — simple requests may be 24-48 hours, complex ones weeks — and require quality feedback from clients to meet these estimates.)

    Web Design Projects

    • Site builds / redesigns: Typically 6–12+ weeks, depending on scope and functionality.

    Print-Ready Files

    • Final print-ready artwork usually delivered within 7–14 business days after approval, with variations based on file complexity and project queue.

    Revision, Feedback & Holidays

    Feedback windows matter:
    Once deliverables are sent, please review and send consolidated feedback promptly — delayed responses extend timelines.

    Holidays & peak periods:
    Major holidays or high-demand seasons can shift schedules slightly. Planning ahead is best.

  • We can sometimes accommodate expedited delivery depending on availability and project requirements. Please let us know as early as possible if you have a firm deadline.

  • What files will I receive, and what are my rights to them?
    Final deliverables are provided in appropriate, high-quality formats based on your project (such as print-ready and web-ready files). Once full payment is received, you will own the final approved files and may use them as intended. If you need updates or revisions in the future, those can be requested as a new project or added service, depending on scope and availability.
