Meet Our Founder
Shayla Hufana is a passionate Visual Artist, Designer, and Creative Director who transforms bold ideas into award-winning, brand-defining experiences. With 17+ years of cross-industry expertise—from aerospace and luxury retail to sports, tech, and nonprofits—she blends creativity with strategy to captivate audiences and elevate brands. Recognized by Graphic Design USA as a “People to Watch” design leader in 2023, she continues to push boundaries in art and design.
As the founder of ConceptShell Art and Design Studio, Shayla partners with clients such as the City of Seattle, Culture Generation, WNBA Seattle Storm, and NHL Seattle Kraken, while championing the voices of community members, particularly youth and underrepresented groups. Previously, she led creative teams at Cognizant and Boeing, and served as Co-Chair of SEGD Seattle and advisor on the Racial Justice Commission. Her work spans the U.S. and beyond—from Hawaii to New York, Africa to Asia. Roxy Pascua-Ibarra leads projects and creative workflows with clarity, care, and a deep respect for the communities we serve. With 17+ years of experience in project and program management in the tech industry, she brings a steady hand to complex timelines, cross-functional coordination, and client communication.
Roxy’s approach is grounded in empathy and efficiency. She’s the point of connection between collaborators, designers, and clients—ensuring every project flows smoothly and every voice is heard.
Linette Fontanos combines 20+ years of customer service experience with a blend of organization, warmth, and community-minded energy. Her organizational and social skills support and foster community connections through creative vision and designs. With a passion for bringing people together, she assists at events that celebrate creativity, collaboration, and meaningful engagement.
Linette strives to cultivate experiences and spaces where art and people meet, creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere.

Kathryn Harper, UX Designer
Kathryn Harper brings 20+ years of experience in UX design and digital strategy. She has led and delivered human-centered solutions for global enterprise clients across e-commerce, finance, health care, retail, and technology. She guided cross-functional teams, modernized complex digital ecosystems, and shaped end-to-end product experiences rooted in research, clarity, and scalability.
Kathryn’s award-winning work reflects her commitment to design excellence and measurable impact while elevating how people interact with digital products.
Danny Lewandowski is a detail-oriented, craft-focused UI/UX designer with 20+ years in the creative and design industry, working with small startups to large enterprise corporations. Danny brings designs to life directly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or with other platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace, ensuring each client’s web presence is beautiful, efficient, and accessible.
