1. Copyright and Ownership

All original artwork and creative content displayed on this website, including but not limited to sketches, drawings, paintings, illustrations, murals, graphic designs, logos, patterns, digital artwork, visual concepts, and other creative works, are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all rights to original works created and owned by ConceptShell Art & Design Studio artist Shayla Hufana, and other CS artist/designers are reserved.

Displaying artwork on this website does not grant any individual, business, organization, or third party permission to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, license, or commercially exploit these works.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Restrictions

ConceptShell Art & Design Studio does not authorize the use of its original artwork or creative content in artificial intelligence (AI) tools, platforms, or systems without prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Uploading or submitting original sketches, drawings, paintings, illustrations, graphic designs, or other visual works to AI image-generation tools.
Using artwork as reference images, visual examples, image prompts, style references, or source material to generate new images, illustrations, designs, or other creative content through AI.
Using artwork for AI training, machine learning, dataset development, fine-tuning, or model improvement.
Using AI tools to recreate, imitate, alter, extend, or generate variations of existing artwork.
Removing, replacing, or modifying elements of original artwork through AI tools to create new versions for personal or commercial use.
Using AI-generated images derived from or incorporating protected elements of ConceptShell artwork for advertising, merchandise, branding, marketing, or resale.

No permission is granted to use ConceptShell artwork as input, reference material, or source content for AI-generated images or designs without express written authorization.

3. Reproduction, Copying & Resale

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of original artwork is prohibited.

Without prior written permission, individuals, businesses, and third parties may not:

Copy, trace, redraw, reproduce, or substantially replicate protected artwork for resale or commercial distribution.
Print or reproduce artwork on merchandise, including apparel, posters, stickers, prints, accessories, packaging, or other physical products.
Sell, license, or distribute unauthorized copies or reproductions through online marketplaces, e-commerce websites, social media platforms, print-on-demand services, or physical retail locations.
Use AI-generated reproductions, adaptations, or variations of protected artwork to create products for sale.
Present original artwork or unauthorized reproductions as their own creations.
Remove copyright notices, artist credits, signatures, or identifying information from artwork.

These restrictions apply to both physical and digital reproductions, including works produced manually, digitally, or with AI-assisted tools, to the extent protected by applicable law.

4. Commercial Use & Licensing

Any commercial use of original artwork owned by ConceptShell Art & Design Studio requires prior written authorization and, where applicable, a licensing agreement.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, product, or commissioned piece does not automatically transfer copyright ownership or grant reproduction, resale, or AI usage rights.

Licensing permissions must be expressly granted in writing by the applicable copyright owner.

Artwork created for clients may be subject to separate contracts, licensing terms, or intellectual property agreements. Those agreements take precedence over this policy where applicable.

5. Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

ConceptShell Art & Design Studio reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and pursue appropriate remedies for unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of its copyrighted works.

Where applicable, actions may include requesting removal of infringing content, submitting copyright takedown notices to websites and online marketplaces, and pursuing available legal remedies.

6. Permission & Inquiries

We value creativity, artistic integrity, and respect for the work of artists and designers.

If you are interested in reproducing, licensing, featuring, or otherwise using artwork owned by ConceptShell Art & Design Studio, please contact us to request written permission before proceeding.
