Intentionalist AMPLIFY Branding

During AANHPI Heritage Month, Intentionalist partnered with local government, companies, and nonprofit organizations on AMPLIFY: Chinatown-International District, a community-driven initiative to support 35 small businesses throughout Chinatown, Japantown, and Little Saigon. This initiative supports Mayor Bruce Harrell’s announcement of the Ambassadors Program to Improve Neighborhood Safety and Support Economic Revitalization in the Chinatown-International District, supported by City of Seattle, TAAF, Amazon, and CIDBIA.

Intentionalist asked ConceptShell to design the AANHPI (Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander) Heritage Month graphics and the AMPLIFY branding. The AMPLIFY scope included creating the AMPLIFY logo, Small Business Pass poster, digital flyers, and assets to promote the 35 businesses. The graphics incorporate a simplified logo of the Historic Chinatown Gate, and illustrations to represent the cooperating business offerings.

Intentionatlist

Intentionalist is an online guide to intentional spending that supports small businesses and diverse local communities. We make it easy for you to find local restaurants, bars, gyms, shops, and more owned by women, people of color, veterans, LGBTQ, families, and disabled people. Beyond serving as a directory, Intentionalist supports community connection through business profiles based on interviews with local business owners and meet-ups that provide the opportunity to meet them and learn about the stories behind their businesses.

It all starts with everyday decisions about where we buy a cup of coffee, work out, or pick up a birthday gift. Whether you identify as a localist, activist, or just a good neighbor, Intentionalist helps you contribute to the businesses that keep our communities vibrant and diverse.
